Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping rates

• Complimentary standard shipping on every US order.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days, often sooner. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. You'll receive an email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

Our pieces ship directly from our partner warehouses, so delivery times vary by item:

• Some items ship from overseas warehouses and typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Items stocked in the U.S. generally arrive sooner.

The estimated delivery window for your order is shown in your shipping confirmation. During peak seasons, carrier delays can add a few days.

Orders with more than one item

Because items may come from different warehouses, multi-item orders can arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment, and there's no extra charge.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking number. You can also follow your order anytime on our Track Order page. Tracking can take a little time to show movement after dispatch — if it hasn't updated after a few days, please contact us.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change, redirect, or cancel it.

Delays, loss, and damage

If more than 15 business days have passed since dispatch and your order hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate and resend your order or issue a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. You will not be charged import duties on U.S. orders.
